Our Oceania 3Bedroom 3 Bath Penthouse is family owned and efficiently managed.
Our goal is to provide our guests with best price luxury and first class service. Our
local manger Judy Lenbo is a New Jersey native. She is a property management
professional in Aruba. She will greet you when you check-in and show you all the
facilities in the Penthouse and Oceania. As a local expert, she will be more than
happy to provide you information about Aruba, restaurants entertainment etc..
Best Priced Beachfront Luxury Penthouse :
Beachfront luxury properties are rated five stars. Luxury hotel rooms on Aruba go for
two to three times are rates. Luxury timeshares for rent generally charge 50% higher
rates than our Penthouse. They were built 15-20 years ago. In all cases, your savings
staying with us at Oceania Penthouse will equal or exceed 50% off the leading hotel
and timeshare chains.
The closest thing to the size of our condo (yet still much smaller) is a three bedroom,
three bath unit at Marriott's Aruba Surf Club timeshare resort (1800 sq ft). A designated
"Oceanview" can be at the back end of the second building with a side ocean view,
420 feet set back from the beach. Oceania Penthouse by comparison has 3 panoramic
ocean views from the bedrooms and living room and is less than 100 feet from your
front door to the beach!
Compare to all-inclusive resort:
The all inclusive resorts will be much more expensive compare to our Penthouse.
The resort typically will have hundreds of units and the room will be half block from
the beach at least. Our Penthouse is located on the beach front and only twenty steps
from the beach. Our Penthouse has 24/7 security on site. Aruba is a very safe island.
The all-inclusive resorts do not provide any value for Aruba. There are many
beachside restaurants within walking disctance from the Penthouse. You can enjoy
and taste the true Caribbean flavored meals on the beach.
The all inclusive resorts will calculate the price of food based on people who will eat
and drink a lot more than you do on a vacation, therefore cost a lot more. You pay for
what you need at our Penthouse with best location on the Beach.
