This marvelous and spacious luxurious Penthouse is located Beachfront on the sugar white sand Eagle Beach of Aruba. The Oceania condo resort is newly built in 2008 (between La Cabana and Costa Linda time share resort). It is the only Beachfront CONDO resort in Aruba; all other beachfront resorts are crowded old time-share or hotel resorts. We offer lower price and better intimate guest serivces than the large resorts and time-shares. Our Penthouse condo is the most upscale unit of its size in Oceania.

Oceania Penthouse is twenty foot steps away from the world famous Eagle Beach. The Eagle Beach is a 50 yard wide sugar white sand beach. Unlike the Palm beach, Eagle Beach has wider beach, finer sand and amazingly uncrowded. The Penthouse is within walking distance to many restaurants, golf course, water sports venues and Casinos. Please come and enjoy the sparkling blue ocean and stroll on the beautiful beach. You may lost yourself in the unforgetable sunset on the beach.

On-Site Professional Property Manager Provide First Class Service
Our professional local manager Ms. Judy Lenbo is from New Jersey and lived in Aruba for many years. She will greet you when you check in and show you around the Penthouse and answer all your questions about Aruba, restaurants, entertainment, shopping etc. On weekend you can reach her through her cell phone. We treat all our guests as special guests. We can provide assitance in rental car service, baby sitting service, etc.

Roof Top Terrace and Balconies:
One of the most attractive feature of the Penthouse is the private large square feet roof top terrace which is accessible from the spiral staircase inside the unit. There is a large Hut Tub Jacizzi on the terrace. Large balconies stretching across the living room, masterbedroom and the guest bedroom provide panoramic ocean view. Sipping your favorite tropical drink and enjoy the unforgetable sunset on the terrace is the best Aruba can offer.

The modern chef's kitchen has stainless steel appliances including range,oven, refridgerator with ice maker, microwave oven, double bowl stainless steel sink, coffee maker, toaster etc. The granite counter top is attached with a 4-seat dining bar-table. The kitchen has all the cookware, dineware and glassware you need for a home cooking meal.

All modern bathrooms equiped with luxurious accessories (Croscill Beach Heaven). Penthouse mastersuite has one large jacuzzi and separate shower. For your convinience, we provide spa quality bath towels, beach towels, shampoo,condition, liquid soap, hair dryer, tissue etc. *Full size washer and Dryer are inside the unit.

Entertainment amenities inside and near Oceania Resort
The oceania condo resort include a large free-style swimming pool with water fall, state of art fitness center, sauna rooms and two tennis courts. Divi golf course is within five minutes walk. The Casino is with 3-5 minutes of walk. Numerous beach side restaurants and bars are nearby.

The resort is very kids friendly and has a kid's playroom with toys and foosball, TV and DVD. We can provide baby sitting service for reasonable fee.
